1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions relate to the online store www.mightyshop.cz. Conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the seller (HPK PRODUCTIONS s.r.o.) and its customers (buyers) and in its current version contains the purchase agreement (the delivery of goods). Prices in the online shop are current prices in CZK for the end user (including VAT). Sending an electronic order buyer accepts all the provisions of terms and conditions in force at the date of booking, in particular valid prices of goods ordered in appropriate quantities (including possible post and transportation costs) listed on the website, and in particular the final confirmation page and send orders.
2. Order and contract
The order is a trading proposal. Contract arises from the merchandise delivery. The seller may ask for confirmation. Acknowledgement of receiving your order will be sent by email to you. 3. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation by the seller is possible for technical reasons, sudden changes in the purchase price or other unforeseen circumstances, etc. About the reasons for the cancellation and possible solutions the customer will be informed immediately by email.
4. Delivery and payment conditions
The place of performance is the headquarters /residence/ or business address of the purchaser listed in the order. Title to the goods passes to the buyer at the time of the payment of the purchase price. Seller delivers goods promptly, usually within seven working days after the receipt of valid orders to his electronic mailbox, or after confirmation. In case of inability to meet this deadline, for example, for technical reasons, unforeseen circumstances, etc., the delivery date will be agreed with the customer individually.
The purchase price of the goods is payable in cash - when accepting cash on delivery, or cashless – when accepting paypal payment. Goods that are ordered "by cash on delivery" shall be paid cash directly at the receiving of the goods. The paypal payment takes place trough the paypal web site. The customer transfers money from his paypal account or directly from his credit card to the sellers (HPK-Productions s.r.o.) paypal account. The goods will arrive then afterwards – but at least in 7 working days. Information about the payment method is listed on the shipping list, including the total amount of VAT, which is included in the packet. Shipping note serves also as proof of payment.
5. Complaint
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods delivered by the seller without delay, and found defects in 3 days to notify the seller. If the buyer found any deficiencies, in this case he is obliged to send en e-mail to the seller (reklamace@mightyshop.cz). In this he must specify the defects. If its necessary, he should add photos of those defects to this mail. Seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of products as well as damage caused by external events and mishandling. On the origin of this, defect is not guarantee. Seller agrees to notify the customer within three days of receiving the complaint, the further process and execution. Time taken to process claims through our online shop is extended to 60 days.
6. Warranty Period
The warranty period for all consumer goods is 24 months.
7. Possibility of conflict with the contract
In the event that the matter on receipt of the buyer is not in conformity with the contract (hereinafter referred to as "conflict with the contract"), the buyer has the right to demand on the seller to put things in a line as they are mentioned on the delivery note and perform the contract without any additional fees etc. The seller in this case should change the goods or fix them. If this is not possible, the buyer got the right to get a discount or withdraw from the treaty. This does not apply if the buyer for breach of contract knew or conflict with the contract he has caused.
8. Money back - money-back guarantee
To enjoy shopping at www.mightyshop.cz truly riskless, we follow the principle of "money back guarantee. It is clear to us that you can not have the goods offered by us in advance view. You can go wrong and you can receive the goods, which you won’t use at all.
If you notice immediately after receipt of the goods without giving any reason, that our stuff is not fine for you, you have the possibility to return it and the money will be sent back to you.
The repayment of money is: the goods must be completely intact in its original unopened packaging, well packed, capable of resale.
The customer must send the shipment within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please let us know if you got any complaining and write us an e-mail to reklamace@mightyshop.cz.

10. Privacy Policy
Online store www.mightyshop.cz under Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Privacy treats personal data and stores it in database marketing firm. Processed data is fully protected from abuse and will not be provided to third parties.
11 Final Provisions
Sending orders (draft purchase agreement) is the buyer for the period specified by delivery of goods is irrevocably bounded.
