How to buy
1. Create your account
Create your account by clicking on "Register Now" in the upper part of our pages. Than fill our registration form (nick-name, e-mail). Than click on “Vytvořit nový účet” After this an automatic mail is going to be sent to your email for confirmation. Here you will find the login link that you open. At the newly opened page, you select and confirm the password. With this your registration is completed. After this you can just log-in under your nickname and password.
2. Fill your cart
Adding our merchandise is up to you. If you are satisfied with your selection, click on the section “CART” on the right site of our pages. And then the Checkout button under your offer.
3. Fill in the delivery and billing address
Please, In your best interest fill out these items correctly. Then let your data is automatically checked.
4. The choice of payment instrument
You can choose payments by PayPal or COD (Cash on Delivery). The resulting price is essentially the same for Czech customers. Paypal charges a fixed amount of CZK 10, -, and 2.5% of the total price. There is no way to send merchandise trough COD into foreign countries except Slovakia (our home country is Czech Rep.). So for foreign customers paypal is the only way how to get our stuff. 5. Comments on ordering
In this field you can write any comments to the order.
6. Review Order
After completing our required fields, press "Review Order". Then you will see with your data card. Please, read and check your data carefully.
7. Order Confirmation
If your card is correct, press the button "Submit Order".
a) In case COD we will take care about the next operations.
b) In case of payment through PayPal you will be automatically redirected to PayPal pages. Here, fill in the dates required and the money is going to be promptly transferred to our account (conducted on HPK-Productions s.r.o.)
Your goods are then packed and we take them to the post office. We will try our best to shorten delivery times, so that the goods were at your home within a week.

The outlined procedure seams to be rather complicated but we hope you can make it rather intuitively.
